I do not recommend many people for anything, but Tim's superior service warrants high marks. He knows the market, is very responsive, has superior integrity, and understands how to get a deal done. We have worked with Tim to buy twice and sell once, and will continue to use him going forward

Represented us as buyers. Instead of encouraging us to make an offer on a house we really liked, he told us he thought it was overpriced and pointed out a couple of issues with the house we did not notice. Helped structure an offer on the house we eventually bought that the Seller chose to take over a competing bidder. This house is a much better fit for us than anything we saw. Always responsive and professional, a very nice guy and a true joy to work with. Will use Tim again and refer him to all of our friends and family.
